Returns + Exchanges


SALE ORDERS: All sale orders (including flash/sale/clearance/discount) items are final sale. Final sale items are not returnable/exchangeable. No exceptions.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom order sales are final. Please proofread your notes regarding your custom order. No remakes will be issued because of inaccurate descriptions provided by customer. We cannot issue an exchange or refund.

RETURN POLICY: You have 14 days to return/exchange your regular priced order from the day you receive it. Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted. You must submit a returns request to infowrightstuffchics@gmail.com We try to respond to your email within 24-48 hours. We are closed on the weekends and all major holidays. Return/Exchange shipping label to be paid by customer.

EXCHANGES: Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Please return to us and include a note indicating the size you want. PLEASE include your order number or original packing slip to the following address:

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the original cost of your purchased item minus any shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason. Customers are also responsible for all shipping charges in the event of an exchange.

Incorrect/defective (i.e. hole in t-shirt) shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling. No exception. Once a refund has been given, please allow 2-3 business days, or up to one full billing cycle for your refund to reflect in your bank statements.
